Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phdream25. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from phdream25 or any other gaming platform, or who are subject to a court order restricting their participation in gambling activities, are not eligible to use phdream25.
To access the full features of phdream25, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
phdream25 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream25 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phdream25 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. phdream25 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. phdream25 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
The minimum deposit amount on phdream25 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal. phdream25 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice to players.
phdream25 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification checks. phdream25 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or payment methods registered in the same name as the phdream25 account.
All transactions on phdream25 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdream25 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Player Funds: phdream25 maintains player funds in accordance with applicable PAGCOR requirements. Your deposited funds are held separately from phdream25 operational funds to ensure their protection.
phdream25 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds credited to your phdream25 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
phdream25 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
The phdream25 Loyalty Program is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are available on the Loyalty Program page of the Platform. Loyalty points and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Each game available on phdream25 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on phdream25, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. phdream25's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream25 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdream25 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phdream25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. Upon suspension or termination for cause, phdream25 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation.
You may close your phdream25 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdream25 platform. phdream25 operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
